We are currently seeking entry-level field data collectors to join our growing team. No experience is required, however we are looking for candidates who are motivated to learn and grow in the data industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from commercial and residential properties, including property condition reports, occupancy verification, insurance, mortgage, bank, and construction inspections
• Take photos and document your findings
• Travel to various locations throughout NYC and the surrounding areas

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements:

• Provide a W9 form for tax purposes
• Provide auto insurance and registration information if driving

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $14.25 per hour

Expected hours: 29 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• On call
• Weekends as needed
