Overview:
Adaptive Industrial Services, LLC (AIS) is hiring 3 to 4 Field Inspectors for an upcoming contract in Puerto Rico. This contract position will be 40 to 50 hours per week and is expected to last 6 weeks. All travel, and lodging expenses will be covered by the company. The main purpose of this role is to assist in gathering measurements at several properties to document the condition.

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable taking measurements on outdoor structures such as fences, gates, brick walls, and concrete footings. Experience collecting measurements is preferred, but not necessary. The right person is comfortable working with measuring tools such as rolling measuring tapes, taking photographs and working outdoors for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities also include:

• Communicating effectively with team members.
• Maintaining detailed notes
• Performing visual inspection of outdoor structures
• Completing electronic inspection reports for each facility that is inspected using phone apps and computer software.

Requirements:

• Ability to work outdoors/walk and be on your feet for extended periods
• Driver's License
• Pre-employment & Random Drug Screens
• Be able to work independently or with a team in the field
