Overview:
GreenCore Environmental, a start-up company in its second year of inception is seeking a driven and results-oriented Entry Level Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn sales fundamentals from industry experts and begin a career in sales. We do NOT throw you to the wolves like most other companies, we will teach you in person with real prospective customers and show you the ropes! Far and away the best training in the industry.
This position is ideal for somebody who wants a flexible schedule, does not want to be dragged to an office every day, and wants to make life changing money while helping the people of Orlando.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for eco-friendly technology and a strong desire to exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct sales.
Responsibilities:
-Attend daily sales meeting virtually/from home
- Communicate our services & packages to prospective customers
-Utilize technology sales skills to prospect and sell software solutions to new and existing customers
- Work closely with company leadership staff and technician's
- Leverage out software to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the account management team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct technical sales calls and presentations to demonstrate product capabilities and value
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
- Continuously learn and improve sales techniques and strategies
- Manage sales data and reports to inform sales strategies and improve sales performance
Skills:
- Strong background in direct sales or inside sales
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Experience in sales management or account management
- Technical sales skills and experience presenting complex products and solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
