CBIZ Network Solutions provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones home and branch office locations in the US and Canada. We are a trusted Edward Jones vendor with a strong focus on customer service. Technicians provide maintenance, install, MAC, Help Desk and project support to Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites and home FA locations in specified service territory. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading all electronic voice, data and AV hardware including but not limited to network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony equipment and cabling including terminations. Equipment serviced is subject to change as business needs dictate. In addition, our team provides onsite technical support to Edward Jones as needed to coordinate projects, manage processes and provide software solutions.

The Field Service Installer will be based in the Medford, OR area and travel to various locations to install client branch equipment and furniture and manage the installation process. The associate will also provide maintenance, MAC and project support at client locations.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage on-site installation process including leading co-workers and overseeing contractors.
  • Perform ticket updates in ServiceNow
  • Responsible for asset management and inventory functions
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading all electronic voice, data and AV hardware including: network equipment, desktop terminals, monitors, printers, telephony equipment and cabling including terminations. Equipment serviced is subject to change as business needs dictate.
  • Occasionally monitor/review ticket queue and assume ownership of all tickets in assigned area when not on a dispatch and following completion of each dispatch.
  • Coordinate ETA's that reflect the client's desired time for all maintenance, project and IMAC activities. ETA's offered should be the earliest time techs can safely and reasonably arrive on site.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior IT and/or field service experience with an emphasis on in person customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to work autonomously to complete all assigned activities with little to no supervision.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license in the employee's state of residence, allowing him/her to legally operate a company or rental vehicle.
  • Maintain high speed internet access.
  • Maintain residence in assigned territory.
  • Carry a company issued cell phone and respond when called upon.
