Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts. Occasional weekends as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance, diagnostics and repairs of hot tubs and water treatment systems at residential and commercial sites.
• Deliver and set up hot tubs to customers, whether by truck, crane, forklift, boat or plane!
• Complete hot tub water change-outs independently.
• Communicate well with customers to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep detailed reports of work done at various job sites.

Requirements:

• Able to pass a background and motor vehicle record check.
• Great Customer Service and People Skills
• Basic Technical and Mechanical Skills
• Diagnostics and repair of equipment
• Effective communication skills and desire for customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean and Detail-Oriented
