Baton Rouge, LA - We are seeking a field supervisor with excellent customer service and security skills to join our highly-regarded team. The supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security officer staff. Previous supervisory or management experience is preferred. Prior law enforcement, military and/or 1 years of security experience is a plus. As a field supervisor, you will be responsible for: - Scheduling security officer staff. - Fielding call-offs including overnight shifts and filling vacant posts as needed. - Conducting various aspects of the hiring process. - Scheduling officers for training classes. - Maintaining positive relationships with the client. - Performing regular inspections of the security staff. You must meet the following requirements: - Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. -Sound communication skills Professional presentation. - Ability to work as a team member. - Willingness and ability to work to a flexible schedule, 7 days a week. - Reliable transport. - Active cellphone 21 years of age. - Clean criminal background Ability to pass a drug screen. - Must be able to stand for long periods of time, perform routine foot patrols.
