ServiceMaster by RSI is looking for a Field Supervisor and take charge of various aspects of residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in finishing sheet rock, installing insulation, carpet, flooring, cabinets, and trim, while also leading a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Execute tasks including sheetrock finishing, insulation installation (batt and blow-in), carpet kicking, flooring installation, cabinet installation and staining, and trim installation and staining.
• Supervise and mentor a team member/helper.
• Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential construction, with proficiency in sheetrock finishing, insulation installation, flooring, cabinet making, and trim work.
• Ability to lead and manage a helper effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50-75 lbs.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
