The financial analyst will collaborate with cross-functional management to provide insightful financial analysis passionate about our manufacturing centers, ensure compliance with policies, and support decision-making processes. Your expertise will help craft the future of our operations, giving to a culture of high growth, continuous improvement, and innovation.

NASD (Nucleic Acid Solutions Division) is a high-growth Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Northern Colorado. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, record, consolidate, reconcile, analyze, forecast, and present accounting and financial information to support management, focusing on revenue, cost of sales forecasting, and manufacturing support.

  • Support capital projects, portfolio management, market model analysis, business planning, and detailed budgeting, working closely with managers across the organization.

  • Analyze monthly financials, including profit and loss statements, and find opportunities for operational efficiencies and business growth.

  • Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and support internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and tax audits as necessary.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial growth goals of the organization are met.

  • Use sophisticated Excel skills and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus) to analyze data and develop customized financial approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in a high-tech startup, life sciences, or Fortune 500 tech company.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups, with experience in ERP systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve financial problems, communicate effectively with teams, and implement solutions promptly.

  • Willingness to consider internal assignments or remote support depending on qualifications.
