Mad City Windows and Baths is adding a Finance Assistant to join our growing team in Madison, WI! The main duties include:
- Maintain database by entering data daily
- Provide excellent customer phone support
- Process customer payments
- Verify customer data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures
- Assist with other finance duties, as necessary
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years data entry experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding financial matters and customer information
- Excellent bookkeeping and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective corporate communication skills
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to consistently meet deadlines
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
