Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in the office environment.

Duties
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies
- Provide quality customer service to clients
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Support staff with various tasks as needed

- Support current staff with special attention to managed client accounts

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in a dental or medical receptionist role is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
