Job Description
Objective:
Our First Call team is responsible for making the first impression when answering all incoming calls after hours. First Call is expected to perform a variety of scheduling duties and provide excellent customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
•
Respond to calls with excellent customer service.
•
Assist Care Professionals with all questions that may arise.
•
Assist Clients with all questions that may arise.
•
Problem solve Client and Care Professional issues.
•
Update proper shift notes as needed.
•
Log and document all calls in report.
•
Complete all Missed Clock In's with proper documentation.
•
Complete all Missed Clock Out's with proper documentation.
•
Gather accurate information for Service Inquiries and report to back up.
•
Fill open shifts as needed.
•
Attend quarterly meetings set up by Lead Service Coordinator.
•
Communicate effectively with back up during shift.
•
Keep clients informed of schedule changes.
•
Maintain good standing with Care Professional policies.
•
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
•
Perform any and all other duties deemed necessary.
Compensation:
•
Weekdays 5pm-8am $45.00
•
Weekend 8am-5pm $125.00
•
Weekend 5pm-8am $75.00
•
Holiday rate of time and half
