We are hiring substitute teachers for the Substitute Teachers throughout the St. Louis area. No previous experience is required! We work with SSD and many districts. Pay rate starts at $25.00- $30.00.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum education requirement of 36 college credit hours or High School Diploma and completion of substitute training course
• Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education (DESE) requirements & related fees: https://dese.mo.gov/educator-quality/certification/substitute-teachers

Responsibilities:

• Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
• Build a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students
• For long-term assignments, it may be required to develop lesson plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
