Job Title: Teacher, Floater
Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum guidelines
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Provide individualized support and tutoring to students who need extra assistance
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional periods
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and success
