A growing company located in Racine Wi. has an immediate opening in QC. We are seeking skilled Quality Control Inspectors to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

This position (1st shift located in Racine WI) will require an individual that has a passion for detail, a can-do attitude and is able to multi-task with an excellent positive attitude towards their job. If you are looking for a long-term secure position, then we like to hear from you.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE IN Q.C. NO NEED TO APPLY

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough inspection and examinations of in process production materials and finished goods inspection of products.
• Assist in Conducting and report internal Q.C. audits and evaluations.
• Assist in Implementing and improve quality control operating procedures.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects.
• Perform daily routine visual floor inspections.
• Assist on training others on Q.C. standard.

​​Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years Previous work experience in quality control required
• Must be familiar with ISO.
• Computer knowledge.
• Excellent communicator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish / English is a plus
