We are looking for a talented individual to serve beverages, including various types of coffee, milk tea, and boba tea, and food items. Responsibilities include greeting the customer and educating the customer about the food and drink, and the making process. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills, a fun personality, and basic knowledge of the drinks and food items. You should be able to work various shifts. The employee does not need to make the drink because a robot will make the drinks, and the candidate will be trained in easy troubleshooting.

Because the position requires you to work with a robot, candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers cheerfully as they enter
• Introduce menus and answer questions regarding ingredients about the menu items.
• Take orders while paying attention to details.
• After customer places the order, pass the cup to the robot to make the drink
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the area clean
• Refill all ingredients to master container
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Have open availability
• Make sure everything is in operating condition, including robots, computer, and fulfill ingredients
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
• Maintain a valid Health Card
• Other duties as assigned

Skills
