Set up dish machine for daily tasks.

Wash Breakfast trays and carts, lunch trays, carts, pots and pans, evening meal trays and carts.

Disassemble and clean dish machine and dishroom.

Reassemble dish machine for washing breakfast, lunch and evening meal trays.

Prepare snacks and help support trayline.

Wash lunch trays, carts and pots and pans.

Attends inservice training and meetings as assigned.

While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hosptial/Unit/Department safety practices and policies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
