Responsible for the internal and external strategic communications solutions for the Foundation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and executes effective communication and creative solutions for Foundation brand engagement, fund development and event marketing.
- Defines and maintains the Foundation brand identity by monitoring for consistency across Foundation communications and marketing materials.
- Serves as Webmaster for the Foundation – manages content creation/updates, liaises with the Blackbaud web designer, troubleshoots technical issues.
- Executes in-house publishing projects such as the design and production of flyers, print advertising, direct mail postcards, display graphics, etc. in accordance with brand and hospital graphic standards.
- Executes communication with donors, event attendees and volunteers (emails, flyers, Northside Life, press releases, etc.).
- Serves as liaison between the Foundation and marketing department for all Foundation graphic, communication and other marketing related needs.
- Liaises with marketing department to maximize Foundation mentions across Northside channels, including the development and implementation of a Foundation social strategy.
- Develops and presents trainings about the Foundation in order to foster relationships with possible advocates and key persons within Northside and our community.
- Assists with the advertisement for volunteer programs and events as well as all Foundation events and programs throughout the year. Attends events as needed.
