The Seasonal Fraud Specialist reviews and researches brand website consumer orders for potential fraudulent behavior. The Specialist will investigate further if needed and recommend courses of action. The Specialist will review and respond to chargeback transactions to mitigate revenue losses due to fraudulent behaviors.

How You Will Make a Difference:
Investigate potential fraudulent orders and recommend course of action.
Research chargebacks, process paperwork, and review CyberSource rules based on findings to provide suggestions for improvement going forward.
Create, run and analyze system reports to manage review statistics and chargeback data.
Maintain spreadsheets for the eCommerce teams to monitor customer contacts, cross referencing to those on the established Negative List.
Identify, report and follow through to resolution system performance anomalies.
Track and report on trends with the goal of improving system performance and customer experience.
Point of contact for questions from eCommerce team.

Years of Related Professional Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred

Requirements:
**Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina**

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Strong c omputer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet and a quiet place to work without distractions
