We are hiring Front Counter Staff at Vitense Golfland in Madison, WI!

Vitense is looking for a full-time staff member who is friendly and outgoing to join our team working at the front counter. The front counter is often times where guests make their first impression of Vitense Golfland, and we want to make sure it?s a great one!

Responsibilities of the Front Counter Staff will include the following:

• Greet customers as they enter the building
• Answer phone calls
• Make activity recommendations
• Take payment for activities
• Become familiar with all activities and services offered by Vitense Golfland, including prices
• Answer questions from customers regarding equipment, activities, or services offered by Vitense Golfland
• Handle customer complaints that may arise
• Ability to work roughly 32-40 hours a week from 9am-5pm
• Ability to stand for 8 hours

Requirements:

• Must have great oral communication skills
• Money-handling and customer service experience are a plus, but we will train the right person!
