The Club at Golden Valley


Position Title: Front Desk / Administrative Assistant

Status: 25 – 32 Hours Tuesday-Saturday

Hours of Operation are 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Tuesdays – Fridays and Saturdays: 8 am – 4 pm

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Compensation: $22 - $25

Summary: This person must be a team player and organized individual, providing first-line member/guest/client care. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks related to daily clubhouse operations, customer service, and administrative support.


Key Responsibilities


Front Desk

  • Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Greet everyone who enters Club and thank each person that leaves the Club.
  • Take and manage reservations
  • Update member events.

Administrative Support

  • Website and member communications.
  • Maintain Club member information is accurate and current.
  • Input and maintain catering and membership contacts within Salesforce CRM system to ensure records are up-to-date with efficient communication and targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conduct tours showcasing the Club in the absence of the Membership Director and Catering Director.
  • Data entry as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support and customer service roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed in a dynamic work environment.
  • General knowledge of office equipment.
  • Knowledge of country club/hotel operations helpful.
