We are currently looking to fill the position of part time Front Desk Agent / Breakfast attendant. Days / Shifts varies and must be available to work independently and as a team.
Previous experience in a hotel a must / HILTON Experience a plus.
Job Overview
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using reservation software and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
