Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift.
Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Proficiency with phone systems and basic office equipment
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
