We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and resolving any issues promptly
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries professionally
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management software is beneficial
- A passion for guest relations and ensuring a memorable stay
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.50 per hour
