Job Overview
The Suburban Extended Stay Hotel is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
