As a Guest Service Representative you will:

• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Have the ability to multi-task and be able to assist our guests promptly and efficiently
• Make and/or change reservations for individuals and groups
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
