**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Front Desk Agent to join our team at a prestigious resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. **Duties:** - Greet and check in guests in a professional and courteous manner. - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Process guest reservations, cancellations, and changes. - Handle guest billing and payments. - Assist with front desk operations during peak periods. - Perform night audit duties as required. - Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and ensure all guests have a positive experience. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. - Provide excellent customer service and maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere. **Requirements:** - Prior experience working in a resort, hotel, or hospitality management environment. - Proven customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. - Ability to speak multiple languages, particularly in a multilingual setting. - Experience with hotel management systems and front desk software. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work effectively during peak periods and night shifts. - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices. - A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service. **Skills:** - Front desk experience - Multilingual - Hospitality - Guest relations - Hotel management - Night audit - Hotel - Customer service
