Overview:

This person must manage the PEP system of the Hilton hotels.

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at a resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. Duties:

- Greet and check-in guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a comfortable stay.
- Handle phone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests.
- Assist with check-out procedures, including handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and special requests.
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in night audit procedures, ensuring that all front desk operations are properly closed out.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, exceeding guest expectations and promoting a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on guest services and front desk operations. They will have experience working in a hotel or resort environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential for this role.

Skills:

- Multilingual: The ability to speak multiple languages is a significant advantage in this role, as it will enable the Front Desk Agent to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Bilingual: Proficiency in two languages is a minimum requirement, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Customer service: The Front Desk Agent must be committed to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive and memorable experience.
- Hospitality management: The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel or resort environment, with a strong understanding of hospitality management principles.
- Guest services: The Front Desk Agent must have a passion for providing exceptional guest services, including assisting with special requests and ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Night audit: The ability to participate in night audit procedures is essential for this role, as it will enable the Front Desk Agent to ensure that all front desk operations are properly closed out and that all guest records are accurate and up-to-date.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
