Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have open availability but hiring for 7a-3p shift including some weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures when necessary
- Operate phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong knowledge of guest relations and services
