*Job Overview* As a Front Desk Agent at our resort, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their rooms - Handle guest check-outs efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist with guest requests and provide information about resort amenities - Process reservations and cancellations accurately - Perform night audit duties as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area *Qualifications* - Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism - Knowledge of hospitality management practices is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for interacting with diverse guests
