What will you do:

• Flexible schedule and ability to work morning, evenings, and weekends.
• You will learn all about our AMAZING wax pass savings program and be able to help every guest get on our unique wax pass packages. Did I mention you get commission too?!
• You will be interacting with guests daily. You’ll leave them delighted because you’re brilliant at customer service.
• You’re the first face they see and the most important memory they will keep, by your exceptional customer service, over the phone and in-person.

Scheduling Requirements:

We are seeking team members with flexible schedules and the ability to work the following shifts:

• Monday - Friday | 7:55 am to 2:15 pm and 1:55 pm to 8:30pm
• Saturday | 7:25 am to 6:30 pm
• Sunday | 9:25 am to 6:15 pm

All Guest Service Associates (Retail Associate) are required to work at least (1) weekend day per week and maintain a consistent schedule. Training hours and location may vary.

- Core skills: Stocking, POS, Retail sales, Basic math, Cash register, Customer service, Retail math, Product demos, Sales, Phone etiquette
- Relevant Skills: Membership sales, Time management, Organizational skills

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
