We are looking for a motivated team player to add to our highly skilled team! You should possess a positive attitude, be detail oriented, and able to multi-task in a busy environment.

This position is part-time.

This position includes, but is not limited to:

• We spend the majority of our day with our clients, whether it is on the phone or in person scheduling appointments, taking incoming & making outgoing calls and taking messages for our doctors. Having great customer service skills are a must all the while maintaining client confidentiality.
• We are responsible for invoicing and accurately processing all transactions by either cash or credit card, as well as balancing our drawer throughout the day.
• The majority of our work is computer related, so strong computer skills and typing are essential.

This position is responsible for working the following hours, as well as filling in for our full time employees vacation and sick days:

Week 1:

• Tuesday 2:30-6
• Wednesday 2:30-6
• Thursday 2:30-6
• Friday 8-6

Week 2:

• Tuesday 2-6
• Wednesday 2-6
• Thursday 2-6
• Friday 2-6

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
