Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Searching for the right canidate. Full-time hours would be M-F 7am-3pm and part-time would in the evening 2-3 days a week 3pm-7pm.

Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain calendars
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and copying
- Assist with office organization and cleanliness

Skills
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
