Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist with concierge services such as booking transportation and recommending dining options
- Operate phone systems and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel management, or guest services preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using front desk software and reservation systems
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
