ISI Elite Training is a boutique fitness brand that focuses on 50 minute, high intensity group workouts that help members burn up to 1,000 calories per workout through Athletic Based Training which involves workouts led by Nationally Certified Coaches!

The Sales Leader (Front Desk Associate) position is the FIRST face any member or potential member sees and HAS to be able to perform with high energy during every shift!

These individuals MUST have a passion for fitness , building community and serving others!

Sales experience is not required as we have a full virtual training pathway and real time training and a team of incredibly supportive individuals that WANT you to succeed!

High energy, big smiles and great social skills are a MUST!

The person we are looking for is/has:

• Must be a morning person!

• Passion for fitness and seeing others succeed!

• Strong social media skills!

The duties of this position include:

• Calling leads and setting sales appointments!
• Selling memberships upon the arrival of leads!
• Solving membership/personal issues with members
• Good with Social Media!
• Ensuring the team is having fun and performing optimally!
• Willing to go out to community functions and events and meet new people.

Pay ranges from $13 to $15/hr as well as bonus commission opportunity!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
