Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at our Hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management and hospitality, with exceptional customer service skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and maintaining efficient front desk operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high standards of guest service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance guest relations and improve overall service quality.
- Monitor front desk inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the training of new staff members on phone etiquette and guest services protocols.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a resort or hotel management role is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations gracefully.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Nights as needed
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Phone etiquette: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Hinckley, MN 55037: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
