We are a well-regarded private medical practice specializing in Mental Health and Wellness in South Anchorage. We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our administrative & medical support team.

We seek a responsible individual with effective time management skills who can thrive as a team player and work independently to assist our patients and our providers.
2 years medical office experience is required. Graduates of Certified Medical Assisting programs desired. A knowledge of basic office equipment and software is a must. Billing/insurance experience is a plus. We may also provide training for you to become a certified TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) technician, for back up coverage for the main TMS technicians*. Must be able to pass background checks.
This is a full-time position Monday through Friday 9:15am to 6:15pm that offers an excellent benefits package including Health/Dental/Vision/Simple IRA/Paid Vacations and Holidays.
