Job Summary

Seeking a positive attitude, and energetic person, for a position of an Office Assistant. You will play a crucial role in supporting efficient operation of the office / shop by handling various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Duties

- Provide administrative support to management and ensure efficient office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Utilize web-based and Microsoft Office software for data entry and management tasks
- Perform data entry
- Assist with work-order system management tasks
- Support field technician activities as needed
- Manage phone systems and handle inquiries effectively
- Utilize computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Receive and direct deliveries
- Assist in inventory management
- Assist with scheduling

Experience

- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software is a must
- Strong typing and data entry experience
- Knowledge of smart home technologies (technology)is advantageous
- Ability to handle phone systems efficiently
- Proficient in computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Prior experience providing assistance to technician team is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
