Job Summary:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at our beautiful Hotel. The job would be Fridays 2nd shift and Saturday/Sunday as an Night Auditor. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk and guest services during the overnight hours. Your primary responsibility will be to perform audits and verify all financial transactions while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any guest concerns or issues that may arise during the night.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other hotel revenue.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring that all necessary supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning properly.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, staff, and hotel property.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest hospitality trends and technologies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer software and hospitality management systems.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift or move objects as needed.
- A strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.79 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
