Hourly Pay: $39.00 - $46.50 per hour based on previous experience, plus a $2.25 evening/night shift differential.
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available, working 10pm - 6am.

The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to utilize the nursing process in planning and providing direct care to assigned residents. The RN will oversee shift routines, ensure nursing staff efficiency, and assume 'Building Charge' responsibilities as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current registered nurse licensure in Colorado.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Maintenance of required CEUs.
• Long-term care experience is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make independent judgments.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, families, and external agencies.
• Capacity to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Clinical competence to assess residents using the nursing process.
• Ability to work with computers and electronic devices for documentation and timekeeping.
• Team player with collaborative skills.
• Understanding of current Antibiotic Stewardship, Infection Prevention, and OSHA guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Leadership on Assigned Unit: Role model positive communication, listen to shift reports, observe resident status, assign personnel appropriately, and ensure task completion among staff.
• Resident Care Functions: Maintain competence in nursing skills, treat residents with dignity, report any abuse or neglect, administer medications as ordered, ensure accurate documentation, and keep families updated on resident conditions.
• Charting and Documentation Functions: Update care plans, document incidents, and complete charting duties as per protocol.
• Personnel Functions: Attend nursing meetings, maintain a safe environment, manage continuing education, and participate in performance evaluations.
• Committee Functions: Participate in interdisciplinary committees to enhance care processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
