Job descriptionDRIVE RESULTS § Achieve or exceed sales goals set by leadership § Accountable for achieving Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets, such as Units per transaction (UPT), Conversion and Client Reachability § Leverage sales tools available to ensure clients are receiving service that meets their needs, i.e. virtual selling, OMNI Channel, sharing trends, etc.
EXCELLENCE IN CLIENT EXPERIENCE § Welcome clients and establish a connection to strengthen their relationship with the Company § Knowledgeable of all collections and shares product knowledge (i.e. fit, styling, trends, fabrication, etc.) with clients § Execute Client Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to ensure reachability expectations are met § Working as a team, ensure a client centric sales experience that is representative of the brand and achieves Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), i.e. Conversion and UPT targets § Ensure strong execution of OMNI channel, client initiatives (CRM) and charge sends TEAM CULTURE § Contributes to a positive and energetic team culture and celebrates individual/team accomplishments § Works collaboratively with colleagues to create cohesion and an atmosphere of mutual trust § Pursues self-development opportunities, shares knowledge and supports others in doing the same § Responsible for attending all training programs including Client Journey, OMNI Channel, etc.
