• Provide requirement analysis and development.
• Utilize Agile Tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr to support incremental development.
• Provide customer support and end-user support as required.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional teamwork within the organization; contribute to acceptance/functional testing duties.
• Assist development/test teams in activities with test script development and acceptance testing (including Zephyr test scripts).
• Communicate with the development team and stakeholders to successfully address requirements.
• Work in an Oracle PL/SQL environment

• U.S. Citizenship
• Associates Degree
• 2 years or more working as an Analyst/Tester
• Experience with the following:
  • Requirement analysis and development
  • Agile processes (SAFe, Scrum)
  • Atlassian Toolset (Jira, Confluence, Zephyr)
  • Oracle PL/SQL
  • System Testing (including Zephyr test scripts)
• Experience working multiple projects simultaneously and handing changing priorities.
• The ability to travel up to 10%
• The ability to obtain a NACI

• Familiarity with Linux
• Bachelors or advanced degree
• Agile certification
