We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a casino or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for cash handling responsibilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
