Olympic Group, LLC manages a 3-story medical, dental and office space building and warehouse with 30 tenants located in Gig Harbor, WA. They are seeking a General Cleaner to fill a full-time opportunity, working the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effectively communicates with others and brings a sense of responsibility, ensuring the buildings are not only clean but also provides a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Job Highlights

Pay: $18 - $22 per hour DOE

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM | Saturday, As Needed

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Must pass a background check.
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures, including infection control and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Strength for lifting/caring 30 lbs., standing, bending, twisting, walking and climbing.
• Ability to effectively read, write and speak English.
• Teachable – Willing to train.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, ensuring spaces are fully stocked, safe and sanitary.
• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Perform routine tasks such as general cleaning, mopping, sweeping and vacuuming.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste, following established protocols.
• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and sanitizers.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow strict safety and infection control standards to uphold a sterile environment.
