Do you love working outdoors? Anderson Farms is seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Team for the summer season. In this role, you will assist in Grounds Maintenance and Preparation for Fall Festival. This is a physical job working outdoors in all weather conditions. There may be opportunity to continue in another department for our Fall Festival Season.

Position begins May 1st and ends mid-September (Fall Festival continues through Mid-November)

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 Hours per Day (Part Time may be available)

Starting Pay: $17.00 per Hour

Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly

Duties may include but not limited to:

• Weed mitigation
• Simple construction
• Cleaning animal pens
• Basic landscaping including mowing, trimming
• Moving and assembling irrigation pipe
• Set-up and Tear-down for out of season events
• Set up of temporary fencing, fall attractions, signage, etc. for Fall Festival
• Assist with upkeep and repairs on attractions and structures used in the Fall

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work alone and with others
• Must be a self starter
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Operate hand and power tools
• Must be able to work in hot summer weather

Additional Skills We Are Looking For But Aren’t Required:

• Valid Drivers License
• Can drive a skid steer & forklift
• Can drive a tractor
• Can pull a trailer
• Has farming experience
• Has experience with gated pipe irrigation
• Basic mechanic skills
