Role Overview:
Responsible for assisting staff with organizing, errands and other duties. This position is part-time year-round.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively organize parts and materials

Safely operate a Forklift

Wash equipment

Organize the recycle yard and get equipment in order.

Ensure that the gates are functioning properly and are locked at the end of the day.

Maintain yard and facility- cleaning and upkeep, including mowing and snow removal.

Ensure drainage inlets are checked and cleaned weekly or after rainfall.

Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and work with difficult people under high stress situations.

Ability to maintain positive relations with co-workers & act courteous/respectful of others

Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems

Ensure OSHA, EPA, DNR, safety and environmental regulation compliance

Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills

Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Driver’s license with a passable motor vehicle record
