The Position: We're looking for an experienced quick service food service manager who is good with people, has a great attitude, proper identification and means of transportation

An ideal candidate would have a manager food safety certification, or ability to pass a manager food service certification as well as prior experience with towing/hauling of trailers or equipment.

Responsibilities

Must have weekend and holiday availability

The manager would be expected to operate all trailer equipment to include the DonutNV donut machine, juicer, beverage dispenser, blender, and POS system.

The manager would be responsible for making donuts/drinks and be able to address any sudden equipment issues with ease as to avoid any loss of sales or downtime

The manager would also be responsible to report any donut machine issues to senior management or franchise owner

The manager would be responsible for cleanliness of DonutNV mobile unit and Donut NV machine

In some cases, it would be an expectation for the manager to drive the DonutNV mobile unit to events using the supplied tow vehicle.

The general manager would be expected to use any scheduled time not taken by events, maintenance or cleaning to search for and book new events to fill the weekly/monthly schedule.  Profit sharing for events located and booked by the manager would be considered above and beyond base pay.

The manager would be responsible for cleanliness of DonutNV mobile unit and Donut NV machine. Candidate would be expected to manage a small team of people including the sourcing of part time workers from time to time, motivate team to build sales and carry out basic work tasks (assist in setup and breakdown of mobile unit, make lemonade, coffee, etc.) The manager would be responsible to carry out all logistics of event processes from obtaining inventory needed, menu, setup and breakdown. In specific cases, it could be an expectation for the manager to tow the DonutNV mobile unit to events (a tow vehicle is available).
