  • Full time remote/Work from Home opportunity.

POSITION: The General Manager, President MDLive & Virtual Care is the P&L Leader for MDLive and Workplace Care for Evernorth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the business’s overall strategy, business development, clinical strategy, provider networks, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, and analytics to deliver scaled growth and profitability.

  • Ensures programs achieve market leading clinical outcomes and deliver a differentiated provider and patient experience with a focus on virtual-led, advanced primary care.

  • Responsible for strategic planning, setting the short-term and long-term roadmap across all programs and identifying inorganic/organic expansion opportunities.

  • Leverage technology, data science and analytics to fuel differentiated value to stakeholders.

  • Owns and drives the talent strategy to attract, retain, develop and inspire a high performing workforce to execute the mission and strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 15+ years progressive leadership experience; 10+ years leading provider and/or payer related healthcare businesses that have shown the ability to grow through innovation and market penetration.

  • A business leader with P&L experience and strong financial acumen, demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategy to enable significant growth, a collabora

tor with prior experience working in highly matrixed environment, knows the technology, care delivery and virtual care markets and understands the provider and patient relationship, has a growth-and-innovation mindset to a market space that is poised for expansion and ripe for disruption.

  • In-depth knowledge of the payer (Commercial and Government) and provider landscape.

  • Ability to solve complex conceptual, operational, and strategic challenges with broad mindset.

  • High level understanding of legal, regulatory and compliance issues as a delegated entity for our clients.

  • Ability to analyze and understand data, trends and themes.

  • Demonstrated leadership success in change intensive environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Dynamic, execution-oriented leader with strong persuasive negotiating skills as well as exceptional problem-solving capabilities and good judgment.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 262,900 - 394,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
