We are seeking a General Manager Restaurant to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. Must have at least five years of verifiable experience as a manager in a food services business. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Ability to supervise 10 employees. Key holder. Working ability to utilize a POS. Must be serve safe certified. Excellent communication skills- verbal and written. Clean background. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
• Oversee guest services and resolve issues
• Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
• Train and manage kitchen personnel
• Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Supervise all team members
• Operate POS system and generate reports on cash flow activities as required.
