Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the launch of additional technical platforms
• Oversee day to day branch operations
• Full responsibility for P&L
• Maintain and build trusted relationships with vendors and partners
• Work autonomously while ensuring co-CEOs expectations are readily met
• Collaborate with The Leadership Team to continue to improve systems and processes
• Take full responsibility for well-being of The Leadership Team
• Host and lead meetings with The Leadership Team
• Lead by example
• Protect and uphold morale

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience in a management role
• Strong leadership, communication, and personal skills
• Excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards (Preferred)
• Proficient with Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be aligned with company core values

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
