Eldon Drug Co. - Gift Shop Guru (Front Desk Associate)

Eldon Drug Co. is seeking a vibrant and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Gift Shop Guru and Front Desk Associate. This is a multifaceted role where you'll wear two hats: overseeing the operations of our renowned gift shop and acting as the welcoming face of our business.

About the Role:

As our Gift Shop Guru, you'll be the creative force behind its success. You'll wear many hats, from mastermind displays and merchandising, to tracking trends and identifying new inventory treasures, all while ensuring a sparkling clean and inviting shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Gift Shop Expertise:

• Curate eye-catching displays and product arrangements that entice customers.
• Track sales and customer feedback to identify top sellers and stagnant items.
• Research and propose new products and vendors to keep the shop fresh and exciting.
• Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and restock shelves efficiently.

• Front Desk Duties:
• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a smile.
• Answer phone inquiries about both the pharmacy and gift shop.
• Check out customers accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and storage areas.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about retail and creating a beautiful shopping experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service a plus.
